2. What data we collect

• Demo and contact requests. When you submit the booking form we collect your name, email address, and — if you provide them — company name, phone number, and message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) as required to deliver the website securely.

We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data.

3. Why we process it

• To respond to your demo or contact request (performance of pre-contractual steps, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5).
• To operate, secure, and improve this website (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Who receives the data

Form submissions are delivered to us by email via Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA), acting as our processor. The website is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). Both providers process data under contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA.

5. How long we keep it

We keep demo-request data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, then delete it. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email info@gethyperion.ai.

This website does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary storage (e.g. for security and load balancing by our hosting provider) may be used.
