Hyperion provides AI voice and messaging agents that handle calls and messages on behalf of businesses. Protecting the personal data in those conversations is core to how we operate. This page explains what we process and why.
1. Who we are

2. What we process
- Account data: name, work email, company, and billing details.
- Conversation data: call audio, transcripts, messages, and outcomes generated while an agent handles an interaction.
- Usage data: logs, device and connection metadata needed to run and secure the service.
3. Why we process it (legal bases)

4. Data residency & retention

6. Your rights
