Turn detection
Our own model, running locally. It knows the difference between a finished sentence and a caller who is still thinking.
Live — answering calls right now
Hyperion owns all four layers of the voice stack — turn detection, speech recognition, synthesis and telephony — so the whole agent can run inside your own network.
“I'd like to book an appointment for Thursday.”
“Of course. Would 14:30 work for you?”
“Yes, that works.”
01The stack
Almost every voice AI vendor rents at least one layer from somebody else. We wrote all four — which is why Hyperion can run with no internet at all.
Our own model, running locally. It knows the difference between a finished sentence and a caller who is still thinking.
Transcription tuned for Turkish first, at 99.6% accuracy — and deployable on your own machines when the data cannot travel.
Our own voices — and your brand's voice, cloned from fifteen seconds of a recording, then used across every campaign.
Our own Asterisk bridge. Hyperion joins the switchboard you already run — nothing is ported, nothing is replaced.
02How it works
Three steps, no IT project. Most businesses are answering calls with Hyperion inside a week.
Keep your number. Forward it to Hyperion — or let us provision a fresh line. No hardware, no IT project.
We tune the voice, the manners, and the knowledge to your business — your services, your calendar, your tone, your rules.
Hyperion answers, qualifies, books, and writes everything to your CRM. When a human should step in, it transfers warmly — with full context.
03Capabilities
Owning the stack buys behaviour, not just margin. Pick one to see it on a call.
When a caller says “give me a second”, Hyperion goes quiet, waits it out, and picks the sentence back up where it left off.
Call log
00:41Caller: “give me a minute”
00:41Held the line in silence — 58 s
01:39Resumed mid-sentence, nothing repeated
When the other end answers with an automated menu, Hyperion listens to it, presses the right keys, and gets through to the department it needs.
Outbound
00:03Auto-attendant detected
00:11Pressed 2 → 4 → accounts
00:19Reached a person in 19 s
The caller's mood is read while they are still speaking, and the call bends to it — shorter, slower, or straight through to a person.

Hand Hyperion a list. It calls every number on it, asks what you need to know, and gives you back only the rows that matched.

Fifteen seconds of a recording is enough to build the voice your customers already know — then it is the same voice on every call.

04Use cases
Regulated sectors first, because they are the ones nobody else can serve. Pick one to hear the call.
“I need to move my appointment.”
“Of course. I have Thursday at 15:30 or Friday at 10:00.”
Appointments, recalls and reminders — with patient data that never leaves the practice.
“There's a transaction on my account I don't recognise.”
“I can help with that. I'll verify two details, then read the transaction back to you.”
Runs inside the bank's own network, where the regulation says the data has to stay.
“I need to report damage to my car.”
“I'm sorry to hear that. I'll open the claim now — where and when did it happen?”
First notice of loss taken end to end, documented and routed — installed locally where the policy demands it.
“Do you have a room for two nights from Friday?”
“We do. A double with sea view is free — shall I hold it for you?”
Reservations taken mid-service, in the caller's language, without a missed booking.
“My order still hasn't arrived.”
“Let me check. It left the warehouse yesterday and is out for delivery today — shall I text you the tracking link?”
Order status, returns and delivery questions handled around the clock.
“I'm calling about the flat in the listing.”
“It's still available. Viewings are Saturday morning — shall I put you down for 11:00?”
Every inquiry qualified and scheduled for a viewing before the listing goes cold.
05Languages
Hyperion detects the caller's language on the first sentence and can switch mid-call. Pick one.
DetectedEN · English
“Of course. Would 14:30 work for you?”
Same agent, same call, same knowledge — only the language changes.
06The arithmetic
Move the sliders. The number below is revenue that currently rings out into nothing — every month.
07Enterprise
For health, banking and insurance, where the data legally cannot leave the building. Hyperion installs on top of the Asterisk / FreePBX you already run.
Deployed onto your current Asterisk / FreePBX through our own bridge. No switchboard change, no number porting.
Recognition and synthesis are ours, so they can be executed on your hardware — including with the network unplugged.
No audio and no transcripts are kept on our side. In a self-hosted install nothing reaches us in the first place.
A setup fee plus a per-minute rate, built for high call volumes and negotiated per contract.
In production since September 2025: 400,000 calls and roughly 500,000 minutes handled, start to finish, without a human operator.
08Data & trust
We keep no audio and no transcripts. What is recorded, and where it is kept, is entirely your decision — including not at all.
Recognition, synthesis and the telephony bridge can all run inside your own network, with no internet connection at all.
A self-hosted install answers the data-residency requirement directly, rather than promising to handle it somewhere else.
Our own models can carry the whole call. Where you prefer an external provider, that stays your choice — not a dependency.
09Questions
Hyperion sounds natural — pauses, warmth, manners included. It identifies itself as an assistant whenever asked, and disclosure is configurable to match local regulations. What callers notice most is that they were helped in seconds.
Most businesses go live within a week. A simple reception setup can be live the same afternoon — we configure the agent with you, test it together, and only then switch it on.
Yes. You simply forward your existing number to Hyperion — always, after a few rings, or outside business hours. You stay in control of the routing at all times.
Recordings and transcripts belong to you. We operate in line with GDPR and KVKK, offer EU hosting options, and delete data on request. No call data is ever sold or used to train third-party models.
You define the rules: VIP callers, emergencies, complex complaints — Hyperion transfers warmly to the right person with a live summary, or takes a detailed message when no one is available.
45+ languages, including German, English, Turkish, French, Spanish, Italian and Arabic. Hyperion detects the caller's language automatically and can switch mid-call.
Twenty minutes. Your use case, live on the line. No slides.
