1. Provider

These terms govern the use of this website and the Hyperion services offered by G Hyperion Yazılım Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Atatürk Mah. Sakarya Blv. Birlik Birlik Sitesi B1 Blok No:185 İç Kapı No:24, Kepez / Antalya, Türkiye (“Hyperion”, “we”).

2. The service

Hyperion provides AI-powered voice agents that handle inbound and outbound business telephony: answering calls, qualifying inquiries, booking appointments, sending follow-ups, and related integrations and analytics. The concrete scope, included call minutes, and fees are defined in the plan or individual offer agreed with the customer.

3. Customer responsibilities

• Use the service only for lawful business communication. Spam, deceptive robocalls, and harassment are prohibited.
• Comply with the telecommunication, consumer-protection, and call-recording disclosure rules applicable in your market.
• Ensure you have a lawful basis to share with us any personal data contained in your call flows, contact lists, and knowledge bases.

4. Fees and term

Fees are usage-based: handled conversation minutes are billed monthly at the individually agreed per-minute rates, plus a one-time setup fee where agreed. There is no base subscription and no minimum term; the service can be discontinued at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month. Enterprise volume pricing, self-hosted deployments, and SLAs are agreed individually. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

5. Availability

We operate the service with commercially reasonable care, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Enterprise SLAs are agreed separately.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its software, and this website remain the property of Hyperion or its licensors. Customers retain all rights to their own data, recordings, and transcripts.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Liability for indirect damages and lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Final provisions

The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies; mandatory consumer protections of the customer's home jurisdiction remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction is Antalya, Türkiye. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder stays in force.
