These terms govern your access to and use of the Hyperion platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Hyperion provides AI voice and messaging agents that answer, qualify, and resolve conversations across voice, SMS, and WhatsApp. Features and limits depend on your plan.
2. Acceptable use
You are responsible for how your agents are used, including obtaining any consent required for calls, recording, and outreach in your jurisdiction (e.g. UWG §7 in the DACH market). You may not use Hyperion for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications.
3. Billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly, with usage measured per minute and per message as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in your order. [DÜZELT — ödeme/iade koşulları.]
4. Availability
